All sessions held at our open-air pavilion. Suitable for beginners through to advanced practitioners.

Every Morning — 6:30 AM
Sunrise Flow Yoga

A gentle warming vinyasa as the sun rises over the paddy fields. All levels. Duration: 60 minutes.

Every Morning — 7:45 AM
Pranayama & Meditation

Breathwork and seated meditation to centre your mind before the day begins. Duration: 30 minutes.

Tuesday & Thursday — 5:00 PM
Afternoon Hatha Yoga

A slower, alignment-focused practice for strength, flexibility and balance. Intermediate level. 75 minutes.

Friday & Sunday — 7:00 PM
Candlelight Yin Yoga

A deeply relaxing evening practice held by candlelight. Perfect for winding down. All levels. 60 minutes.
